Shipping Guidelines & Cut-off Times
- Dispatch Location: All GiftCart Australia orders are packaged with protective materials and dispatched from our primary distribution center in Sydney, New South Wales.
- Carriers & Partners: We partner with Australia Post (eParcel), StarTrack, and select express courier services to guarantee nationwide parcel tracking and secure proof-of-delivery.
- Daily Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday through Friday are processed and handed over to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.
- Safe Drop & Signature: Standard shipments include tracking updates via SMS or email. You may select signature on delivery at checkout for added security with high-value electronics and displays.

Dispatch & Tracking Process
- Once your payment is processed, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email with your tax invoice and order summary.
- As soon as your parcel is packed and scanned by Australia Post or our courier partner, we will email you an Australia Post tracking number so you can track your parcel in real-time.
- GiftCart Australia coordinates closely with freight carriers to maintain on-schedule deliveries. However, peak holiday seasons or extreme weather may occasionally cause transit delays outside our direct control.
